From Remote Online Notarization to e-signatures and complex real estate closings, Synergystic Notary delivers professional, legally compliant notarial acts — wherever you are, 7 days a week.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to meet with a commissioned notary via live two-way audio-video technology. Your identity is verified, your intent is confirmed, and your documents are notarized — all without leaving home.
Synergystic Notary uses a MISMO-compliant, state-authorized RON platform. All sessions are recorded, all seals are tamper-evident, and all completed documents carry the same legal weight as traditional in-person notarizations.
RON Session Requirements
Note: RON is accepted in most U.S. states and many countries. If your receiving jurisdiction has restrictions, we will let you know before your session and recommend alternatives.
Not every document requires a notarization. For agreements, disclosures, contracts, and other documents that simply need signatures, we facilitate legally binding electronic signatures through industry-standard platforms.
E-signatures under ESIGN and UETA are enforceable across the United States. We send, track, and collect all signatures — and confirm completion to all parties instantly.
When to use E-Sign vs. RON
Combination packages available: Many real estate and business transactions include both notarized documents and signature-only documents. We handle both in a single session.
We handle a broad range of document types across real estate, legal, financial, business, and personal categories. If you do not see your document listed, reach out — we likely handle it.
From purchase closings to refinances, we handle the full document package for buyers, sellers, borrowers, and lenders.
Critical legal instruments and financial documents requiring notarization for enforceability and recording.
Corporate and commercial notarizations for businesses, entities, and their authorized signatories.
Personal and family documents that require notarization for legal validity, government submission, or international use.
Three simple steps from booking to signed, sealed documents. Most sessions take 15–30 minutes.
Fill out the contact form with your document type, preferred date and time, and any special requirements. We respond within a few hours to confirm availability and send a calendar invite with session instructions.
Join the secure video session from your device. Complete the identity verification steps (KBA quiz + ID scan), then review and sign your documents with the notary guiding you through every page. The whole process is recorded.
Once the session ends, your completed, notarized documents are prepared with a tamper-evident digital seal and delivered to your email as certified PDFs — typically within 15 minutes of session completion.
Is RON legally valid in all states?
RON is authorized in the majority of U.S. states, with more states adopting it each year. Maryland, where Synergystic Notary is commissioned, has a comprehensive RON statute. If your document will be recorded or used in a state with restrictions, we will confirm acceptability before your session and recommend traditional alternatives if needed.
What technology do I need to participate in a RON session?
Any modern device with a working camera and microphone — laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone. A stable internet connection (5 Mbps or faster recommended) is all you need. No special software downloads are required; the session runs in your browser. We recommend testing your camera and mic beforehand.
Can multiple people sign the same document from different locations?
Yes. RON enables multi-party signings where each signer joins from their own location and completes their own identity verification. This is particularly useful for real estate transactions where buyers, sellers, or co-borrowers are in different cities or states.
How long does a typical notarization session take?
Most sessions last between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the number of documents and signers. Loan closings with larger document packages may run 45–60 minutes. We walk through every document thoroughly — we do not rush through signatures.
What if I need my documents notarized urgently?
We offer same-day and next-day appointments depending on availability. Use the contact form and note that your request is urgent — we will do our best to accommodate. Evening and weekend slots are available specifically for time-sensitive situations.
Do you handle apostille or international document preparation?
We can notarize documents that will be submitted for apostille processing through the Maryland Secretary of State. We do not directly process apostilles, but we prepare the notarized documents correctly and can point you to the appropriate submission process for your destination country.
Tell us what you need, pick a time that works, and we will have your documents notarized and delivered the same day. No office visits, no travel, no delays.
